Capitol Complex is a government compound which has been given the tag of UNESCO World Heritage Site. The buildings in the complex are the prime example of Chandigarh's majestic architecture planned by Le Corbusier. The symbol of Chandigarh, OPEN HAND is a part of the capitol complex architecture which is meant to convey the message of "OPEN TO RECEIVE".
